Shipping Policy

All items from RJ’s Southern Creations are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, please allow time for your order to be created before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–3 business days. Personalized or custom orders may require additional time depending on the design and complexity of the order.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $15.00. Please remember that choosing Express Shipping speeds up the shipping/transit portion of the order but does not eliminate the time needed to create personalized or custom items.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible.
